I dont like how the bores of the gaskets are open layered. I prefer using Tomei over Cometic due to the materials they use and the features they've incorporated into the gaskets. For one they utilize a sealed fire ring around the bore of the gasket, just like the OEM units are done. They have a better embossed area around the coolant passages as well. While they are higher in price they are hands down a better headgasket over the Cometic variant.
